DIE-CUTTING
Our die-cutting service
Die-cutting is a very meticulous process generally consisting in cutting one or several identical shapes out of a same sheet of paper or cardboard format. A cutting machine exerts a very strong –but controlled- pressure on a die that will then cut-off the shapes.
Next, such shapes are usually assembled to obtain a finished product. Such die-cut products may take the form of :
- Pocket folders
- Doorknob hangers
- Danglers
- Letters
- Cardboard boxes
- Books
- Cards (greeting cards, navigational charts, ID cards, etc.)
Our expertise in die-cutting enables us to meet the increasing demand for special projects as drilling and perforating, press kits, tabs and many other original and personalized products.
